SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Products purchased on the http://lamborghini-store.com/ website are normally delivered within 5 business days from the payment confirmation date in Europe zone, and within 8 days for all other destinations. Products shall, in any case, be delivered within 30 days in accordance with the terms foreseen by laws in force.

In order to receive your purchase within Christmas time you need to complete the order by December 16th, 201X.*

* Bad weather, customs issues and remote locations are excluded.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.

PAYMENT

The purchases made on http://lamborghini-store.com can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Once the order is complete, our managers will review it and reserve ordered items in our stock. After that you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details, and a link to online payment by Credit Card, or an invoice for Bank Transfer. The order will be sent immediately upon receipt of payment.
WARRANTY

Tonino Lamborghini Mobile, in accordance with European Directive 44/99/CE, provides Consumers with a legal warranty that the purchased products are free from material or manufacturing defects, and conform to the descriptions published on the Site for a period of 1 (one) year from the date on which the Products are delivered to the Consumer. Warranties are not applicable when Products have been used or washed in an inappropriate manner, without following the instructions/warnings provided by the Seller and/or the Owner of the product, on the information leaflets, tags or labels.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Information Notice on the right of withdrawal and return of faulty and non-conforming goods.

Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 7 days from when you or any appointed third-parties (i) receive the product or (ii) if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received. Goods with traces of use and / or opening of the package are not refundable.

To exercise this right, you can send an explicit declaration to LuxTrade LLC, with legal office in 57 Dubininskaya street, building 1, room 1, 115054, Moscow, Russia, using the contact form or email address support@lamborghinimobile.eu stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. Remember to insert the completed RMA form in the packaging together with the "Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Code" you receive from our Customer Care service and send it to the address provided by our customer support manager.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your request form before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which LuxTrade LLC receives your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such refunds using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund via a different means of payment, in which case you will be charged for any additional fees incurred as a result of your choice of such means. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

If you have received the product, please return it to LuxTrade LLC without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day you sent notice of your withdrawal. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return due to defect or nonconformity

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care service. You can do this using the contact form or by writing to info@lamborghinimobile.eu.

Our managers will send you a confirmation email with shipping instructions and indications on how to change or request a refund for the purchased product.
